My work

Here's a paid client project and a few sample redesigns. I'm upfront about which is which.

Client project

Paid client project · 2025

7-A Ranch

Direct-to-customer beef ranch · South Carolina

The job: The ranch needed to sell beef online to people who can't see the ranch or the product in person.
What I built: A site that explains how the cattle are raised, how shipping works, and what the cuts cost, with clear paths to order throughout. The client owns their domain.

Sample redesigns

About these samples: I built these on my own, without being hired, to show local owners what a cleaner site could look like. They are not my clients, and these aren't their official websites. Each preview has a draft banner and is hidden from search engines. Business details on them may not be current.

Sample redesign

Kelso's Kustom Meats

Butcher shop · Snohomish

What I noticed: Their current site is a single page with a few bullets, the address, phone and hours.
What the sample does: Separate pages for meats and sausages, custom processing and game, and hours and directions, with a tap-to-call button on every page.

Sample redesign

Studio 152nd

Hair salon · Burien

What I noticed: When I checked in October 2026, their web address wasn't showing a working page.
What the sample does: A services list, the salon's story, hours and a map, and tap-to-call booking, built mobile-first.

Sample redesign

El Recreo

Mexican restaurant · Renton

What I noticed: Their old restaurant website had gone offline. Their online ordering still worked on a separate site.
What the sample does: The full menu, easy to read on a phone, with clear pickup and delivery buttons that go straight to the ordering system they already use.

Sample redesign

Copper Kettle Coffee Bar

Coffee bar · Bellevue

What I noticed: When I checked in October 2026, their web address had stopped working, and their pre-order page pointed to it.
What the sample does: Menu, visit info and a pre-order page, plus notes for the owner on what to change in their ordering account to get pre-orders working again.

Sample redesign

Sizzle Dogs

Hot dog cart · Renton

What I noticed: A local cart with no working website when I checked; customers had to rely on listings to find it.
What the sample does: Menu, where to find the cart, hours, and a simple catering page with call and email buttons.
